Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 whole orange
    2 c. grated raw carrots (1 pack)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and mix with oil.
    Add dry ingredients and mix together.
    Blend in grated carrots.
    Add nuts and orange.
    (Cut orange in half and take pits and center out.
    Cut orange in chunks and pulverize in blender, skin and all.)
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
