Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
18 crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. pecans
1 pt. strawberries
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat until mixed well.
Fold in crushed Ritz crackers and chopped pecans.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool.
Spread with well-drained strawberries.
Top with 1/2 pint Cool Whip.
Chill and serve.
