Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 regular size can whole kernel corn
1 regular size can cut green beans
8 to 10 medium size potatoes, mashed
shredded cheese (if desired)

Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain grease.
Add spaghetti sauce to hamburger in skillet.
Add corn and green beans to mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Pour hamburger mixture into large oven safe casserole dish (deep).
Spread mashed potatoes over the top of the hamburger mixture until all the mixture is covered. Bake Shepherds Pie, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until mashed potatoes are brown on top.
Add cheese after cooking if desired.
