Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped tomato, fresh
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease ovenproof dish.
    Arrange zucchini, tomatoes and onions. Cover with cheese.
    Mix eggs, Bisquick and milk.
    Pour over vegetable mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
