Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cook oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats; let stand.
Sift together cinnamon, salt, sugars, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Raisins and nuts may be added if desired.
