Meatball-Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    seasoned salt
    2 cans beef broth
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 to 2 bay leaves
    1 bunch spinach
Preparation
    Mix meat, egg, crumbs, onion, parsley, cheese and salt.
    Make very small (1 bite) meatballs and saute in skillet or in the microwave on bacon rack for 4 minutes; drain fat.
    Freeze half for soup next time.
