Lasagna Shortcut Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans (1 c.) seasoned tomato sauce
    1 or 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix (Spatini)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    8 oz. lasagna
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. thin sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. container cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat.
    Add the four ingredients. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
    Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Place half the noodles in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with 1/3 of the sauce, add 1/2 the Mozzarella, then 1/2 the cottage cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
