Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Put flour, salt and sugar into bowl; add vegetable shortening. Mix well until crumbly.
    In small bowl, beat 1/2 cup water, vinegar and egg.
    Combine two mixtures together.
    Divide dough into four equal portions; shape into flat round patties.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Chill for 1/2 hour.
    Roll out on wax paper.
