Fried Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter or margarine
4 eggs
Preparation

In a skillet over medium heat, melt a small dab of butter.
Add eggs; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When whites are set and edges are cooked, add 1/2 teaspoon of water per egg.
Cover skillet; cook eggs for 2 minutes for soft or 4 minutes for firm.
For \"over easy\" eggs, carefully lift eggs with spatula and flip; cook briefly to set yolks.
Serves 2.
