3-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3 (3 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Alternate layers of cheese and chilies in greased casserole. Mix together milk, eggs and flour.
Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is brown.
Good with vegetables or corn chips.
