Sausage And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pastry shell, cooked for 5 minutes before filling
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. white mushrooms
1/2 c. parsley
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook sausage and mushrooms.
(Can use other ingredients like cooked frozen broccoli pieces.)
Beat eggs with milk and cheese. Add salt and parsley.
Add sausage and mushrooms.
Pour into slightly baked pastry shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
