Beef Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
    Divide into 3 portions.
    Place each on 24-inch piece of foil; shape into 15-inch stick.
    Seal foil around stick.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake, wrapped in foil, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 3 beef sticks.
