Sauteed Turkey Sausage(With Peppers And Herbs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 turkey sausages (2/3 lb.)
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 medium clove garlic, peeled and cut in half
    1 small red onion, sliced
    1 medium each yellow and red bell pepper, sliced
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
    4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Put the sausages into a medium size saucepan and cover with water.
    Bring just to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer 8 minutes.
    Remove the sausages from the water and cut into 1 inch slices.
    Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet.
    Add the sausage slices and saute for about 3 minutes, just until lightly browned.
    Remove from the pan.
    Add the garlic and onion to the pan, sauteing 3 minutes.
    Add the bell peppers; saute 10 minutes.
    Stir the sausages back into the pan with the salt, pepper, milk, basil and vinegar.
    Stir 2 minutes and serve.
