Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned, crumbled and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 unbaked pastry
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. mustard
2/3 c. half and half
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix sausage, cheese and onion; chill.
Beat eggs, mustard, half and half, salt and pepper.
Pour sausage mixture into unbaked pastry.
Pour egg mixture over sausage.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until egg is set.
