Sour Cream Enchiladas(Serves 12 To 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 oz. sour cream
    7 cans mushroom soup
    3 cans chopped chilies
    2 c. grated yellow cheese
    4 doz. flour tortillas
    3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced black olives (can use green)
Preparation
    Need 2 pans.
    Mix together ingredients (not tortillas).
    Put heaping teaspoonfuls into each tortilla, rolling up and placing into 2 (13 x 9-inch) loaf pans.
    Cover with remaining mixture and cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
