Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    lemon juice to taste
    2 tsp. chili powder or 1 chopped peeled green chili
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mash avocados until smooth.
    Add onions, salt, lemon juice and choice of chili powder or chopped chili, garlic salt and sour cream.
    Mix together well.
    Keep covered until serving time.
