Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken parts, skinned
    1 c. creamy garlic salad dressing
    1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with the dressing.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 to 24 hours.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Pulverize the stuffing mix with a rolling pin or in a blender or food processor until finely ground.
    Transfer to large plate or waxed paper.
    Lift chicken from marinade and roll each piece into stuffing mix until well coated.
    Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a non-stick baking dish or pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes, until brown and crisp.
