Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine Crisco, salt and lemon rind.
    Add sugar and cream until light.
    Add beaten eggs; mix well.
    Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
