Creole Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fish
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation

Dress
and
split
fish.
Place in oiled pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in pan and saute vegetables for five minutes.
Stir in thyme, lemon juice and water.
Pour over
fish. Mix
bread
crumbs, 1 tablespoon butter and lemon peel.
Sprinkle over fish.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
