Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Bisquick mix (dry)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix oil and eggs.
    Add Bisquick and mix well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top should be slightly brown.
