Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 15 medium potatoes
2 to 3 large dill pickles
1 small can chopped black olives
1 medium onion
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
approximately 1/4 c. pickle juice
approximately 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 doz. eggs
celery (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Boil whole until done (done when potato skin begins to peel).
Drain.
Peel after cooking.
Dice onion, potatoes, pickles and eggs.
Add olives.
Mix in pickle juice, mayonnaise and mustard.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to set approximately 1/2 hour before serving.
