Murphy Brown'S Sauce Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lot of bacon (2 lb.)
    lot of onion (3 c.)
    a little bell pepper (1 c.)
    lots of sliced potatoes (8 c.)
    parsley
    green onion and tops (1 bunch)
Preparation
    Let bacon, onion and bell pepper cook for a little while. Stir and mix in potatoes.
    Put all in a big pot and put on top; let cook on low until all is tender.
    Serve topped with cheese.
