Barbecued Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
3/4 c. oil
2 to 4 lb. flank steak
Preparation

Combine all ingredients for marinade.
Add flank steak and marinate overnight.
Barbecue each side of flank steak 5 to 7 minutes over hot coals (or until cooked to your liking).
