Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    1/4 c. seedless raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
