Fresh Corn Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. corn
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
