Italian Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 jar maraschino cherries
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 box ABC noodles, cooked
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Boil sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and egg until thick.
    Pour thickened liquid over cooked noodles.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    In morning, add fruit and Cool Whip.
