Lasagna Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (26 oz.) jars pasta sauce
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. pkg. lasagna, cooked and drained
Preparation

In a large pan, saute onion and garlic in oil until brown. Add pasta sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
In large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, spinach, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 2 cups sauce, half the lasagna noodles, half the remaining sauce, all the spinach and cheese mixture, half the Mozzarella, the remaining lasagna noodles and sauce.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and top with remaining Mozzarella.
Bake 15 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
