Beef Rancho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    chili powder to taste
    rice (enough for 6 servings)
Preparation
    Cube round steak and brown in oil or butter.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook
    until
    tender.
    Cover all with tomato sauce. Add chili powder.
    Cover
    and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Prepare rice as meat mixture is simmering.
    Serve meat mixture over rice.
