Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix or lemon supreme
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix approximately 4 minutes with electric mixer.
Bake in greased Bundt pan 45 minutes or in 2 loaf pans for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
