Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked, salted and diced
1 c. diced celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms (4 1/2 oz.)
2 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese (I use medium Cheddar)
Preparation

Remove crust from bread and cube bread.
Spread half of cubed bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix chicken, celery, onion and mushrooms.
Spread on top of bread cubes.
Place rest of bread on top.
