Rich Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. flaked coconut
6 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Cream the sugar and margarine together.
Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour.
Mix in coconut and pineapple gradually.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
