Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme soup
    1 can water
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large pan.
    Add onion soup; stir.
    Add soup, water and rice; stir well.
    When mixture begins to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Garnish with mushrooms.
