Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
ground nuts (if desired)
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
3 mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cut shortening and eggs.
Alternate bananas and dry ingredients.
Add milk and lemon juice.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool and remove from pan.
