Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 large sliced green peppers
1 minced clove garlic
1 1/2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

In
an
oiled casserole bowl, mix the following:
Layer of Fritos,
layer
of chili (canned or yours), layer of minced onion and
layer of sharp Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
