Ham And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 green pepper (thin strips)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. chopped, cooked ham
    2 tsp. cornstarch in 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut off broccoli flowerets and set aside.
    Trim and cut stalks in thin strips.
    Heat oil with salt in wok.
    Add garlic, celery, green pepper, onion and broccoli stalks.
    Stir-fry about 1 minute.
    Add tomato, poultry seasoning and ham.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Place broccoli flowerets on top of vegetables and ham.
    Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir in cornstarch mixture.
    Cook until thickened.
