Quick Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast (self-rising)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. very warm water
    1 Tbsp. honey or sugar
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water.
    Set aside.
    Mix other ingredients; then add water mixture.
    Knead well.
    Put on floured surface, under a bowl for 10 minutes (I always skip this step).
    Roll out into a 12 or 16-inch round or cookie sheet size.
    Put sauce and cheese and any other ingredients on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of crust.
