1 Fisherman's extra sourdough French bread or sheepherder's bread
Jack cheese
Cheddar cheese
1 can Ortega chili salsa
Preparation

Cut top off bread.
Hollow out.
Cut inside pieces to bit size; toast for dipping.
Mix equal parts of grated Jack and Cheddar cheese with the chili salsa.
Pour into hollowed out bread.
Place top on bread.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
