Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Kasseri cheese, sliced lengthwise in 1/4-inch thick wedges
    2 egg yolks, minced with 2 Tbsp. water
    flour
    olive oil
    2 lemons, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Dip cheese slices into egg yolk mixture, then into flour, coating each side evenly.
    Shake off excess flour.
