Homemade Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    4 c. unsweetened juice of your choice (cherry, grape, orange, etc.)
    fruit to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup juice.
    Bring 3 1/2 cups of juice to a boil in a saucepan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white, then stir in fruit, if desired.
