Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 carton sour cream (12 oz.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
