Pickled Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced squash
    4 onions, sliced
    2 sweet peppers (1 green and 1 red), chopped
    1/2 c. coarse salt
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring to boil ingredients.
    Add vegetables.
    Boil 3 minutes. Pack into pint jars.
