Hay And Straw Noodle Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow summer squash, cut in narrow, lengthwise strips
    2 c. spinach noodles, cooked
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender.
    Combine remaining ingredients; toss gently.
    Serve hot or cold.
