Waldeck Hoagies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. mild breakfast sausage
1 qt. oliverios medium hot peppers and sauce
1 pkg. hoagie buns (6 to 8)
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 medium white onion
Preparation

Brown sausage in large skillet.
Drain off grease.
Brown beef and onion in skillet.
Drain off grease.
Mix beef, onion and sausage in large pot. Add the peppers and sauce.
Heat until boiling.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place mixture on hoagie bun and top with cheese.
Place in oven (microwave) until cheese melts (approximately 2 minutes).
