Calamondin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. calamondin puree
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Wash calamondins (about 12), cut into halves, seed and puree in blender. Put puree in large bowl and add sugar, walnuts, eggs, milk, oil, salt, raisins, cloves, ginger and cinnamon. Mix until well blended with electric mixer, about 4 minutes. Add flour and baking powder all at once and mix only until blended. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 about 75 minutes or until loaf tests done. Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes and turn out on cake rack to cool.
