Grandma'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw rice
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. 2% milk (not skim)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and cook over moderate heat until tender, about 20 minutes, stirring often.
    Add next 2 ingredients and remove from heat.
    Add to rice mixture.
