Ginger-Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 small carrots, cut into sticks
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. honey or sugar
1/2 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Boil carrots in a small amount of water.
When almost tender, drain off water and add the remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat until glazed and tender, stirring frequently.
