Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (no skin, no bones)
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. honey
    garlic powder
    1 to 2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Use 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil in frying pan.
    Fry until no pink is present.
    Pour off oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
    (If sauce gets too thick, add more juice.)
    Stir occasionally.
    You add chunks of pineapple at the end.
    Serve with rice and fruit salad.
    This is a very delicious dish!
