Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom, onion or celery soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 to 2 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Sprinkle dry rice in dish, then onion soup mix. Add cup of water and a couple blobs of butter.
    Layer chicken on top. Season.
    Pour cream soup and milk over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered, then uncover and brown chicken.
