Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
    1 c. pea pods
    2 to 3 green onions
    1/2 c. green and red peppers, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in own juice, drain (reserve 1/3 c. juice)
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Mix pineapple juice, ginger, red wine, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and water; set aside.
