Scotch Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 c. regular flour
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pat into thick cookies and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
